These are our most frequently asked questions.

  • We provide all drink ingredients. Our only requirements are a covered, flat 6x6’ space (if we bring a stand-alone cart), wheelchair-accessible entry, and access to one designated 15-amp circuit for power (for an espresso machine if requested). For outdoor events - if a generator is required (which we supply), please mention this in the comments of your booking inquiry form.

  • Yes. We can discuss options of subsidized or pay per cup event options. There is a minimum of 50 customers per event. We specialize in catering espresso bar services and prefer booking pre-paid events. Check out our services page for a more comprehensive list of catering options.

  • Our pricing includes 50 miles of roundtrip travel from our headquarters in Westchester, NY. Any additional miles are charged at $3.59/mile, and we are more than happy to come to you if you’re outside of the Westchester/NY Tri-state area. Any event more than 100 miles from our headquarters will require special approval before booking.

  • Our catering service specializes in espresso (think cortados, lattes, cappuccinos, americanos) but we can also serve drip coffee service from unique roasters - additional for matcha, chai and tea offerings. Guests are able to customize their drinks with quality syrups (not corn fructose!) and barista-approved alternative milks (oat) at no additional charge. Other Alternative milks other than cow milk is an additional charge.  We can also bring decaf options and tea options to every event.

  • Yes! We usually offer 2 signature drinks. however, you may customize the menu by swapping our 2 seasonal offerings with drinks of your choice. If you are unsure, we are happy to brainstorm options that are right for your event upon booking.

  • Yes, as long as temperatures are above 50°F and all other standard requirements are met (see above), we would be happy to set up outdoors. 

    Please note - during the colder months, our espresso machine will work slower at heating your drinks, so please expect a lower drink capacity and prepare a backup plan for inclement weather. We can also consider pour-over and drip coffee for a speedy alternative that will still please your guests. We allow one free reschedule if the weather is extreme.
